ACBIS Application Substitution Fee
Fee for substituting a new applicant for another who has discontinued the application process.
Substitution payments can only be applied within one year from the initial payment date.
Substitution fee is per substituted applicant and includes substitution processing. Multiple substitution requests will incur multiple fees. Substitution fee applies regardless of Group Application Rate. New applicants must complete CBIS/T application process found here. Substitution fees are non-refundable.
