Highlighted will be one treatment component that emerged as a common theme across many of these behavioral interventions, regardless of whether the outcomes of interest were anger management, alexithymia, anxiety, overall emotion dysregulation, theory of mind, and/or empathy. Translation to clinical implementation will be discussed.
