Provisional Certified Brain Injury Specialist Application Fee.
To become a PCBIS, meeting minimum requirements and a passing score on the PCBIS national exam are required. The online application and eligibility requirements can be found here. Please note that this application fee only applies to a PCBIS Application, and not to any type of CBIS or CBIST application. Please be sure to familiarize yourself with the PCBIS eligibility requirements prior to making payment. Application fees are not refundable.
