If your order is shipped using United Parcel Service (UPS) and is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, you will be charged the UPS $20.00 re-shipping fee, payable before the order is re-shipped. Be sure to carefully check your name and address information.
If you find an error after you have completed the order before the order is scheduled to be shipped, please e-mail products@biausa.org or call 703-761-0750 ext. 620 to request the address correction. We will confirm your request in writing. We regret that we will be unable to make address correction requests received after the order has been processed for shipment (3:00 p.m. ET on Thursdays).
