CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to conferences@biausa.org.
For cancellations received on or before December 20, 2024: Registration fee refunds will be subject to a $25 administrative fee.
For cancellations received between December 21, 2024, and January 14, 2025: Registration fee refunds will be subject to a $50 administrative fee.
There will be no refunds for cancellations received on or after January 15, 2025, or for event “no shows.”
