CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to conferences@biausa.org.
For cancellations received on or before December 15, 2023: Registration fee refunds will be subject to a $25 administrative fee.
For cancellations received between December 16, 2023, and January 25, 2024: Registration fee refunds will be subject to a $50 administrative fee.
There will be no refunds for cancellations received on or after January 25, 2024, or for event “no shows.”
