The speakers cover assessment and evidence-based treatment through the lens of an occupational therapist, physical therapist, and speech therapist.

Speaker Bios

Amanda Heys, MHS, OTR/L graduated with an Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences from the University of Georgia and continued her education at the Medical College of Georgia, receiving her Master of Health Science in Occupational Therapy. Amanda currently works as an occupational therapist at the Prisma Health Roger C. Peace Outpatient Brain Injury & Young Stroke Program in Greenville, SC. She is working towards achieving her Certified Brain Injury Specialist and Hippotherapy certification.

Tori Stramara, DPT, CBIS earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Lebanon Valley College.  In her time as a travel therapist, she spent a year at CNS Bakersfield which solidified her passion for working in a comprehensive brain injury program. Tori has also spent several years specializing in Parkinson’s Disease, becoming PWR! Certified and running an outpatient Parkinson’s specific group fitness class. Currently Tori serves as a PT at the Prisma Health Roger C. Peace Outpatient Brain Injury & Young Stroke Program. She became a Certified Love Your Brain Yoga Instructor in 2023 and a Certified Brain Injury Specialist in 2024.  

Tracy Graham, MSP, CCC-SLP, CBIS is a Speech-Language Pathologist and Certified Brain Injury Specialist with 13 years of experience providing services to persons with acquired brain injury. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Clemson University and her Master of Speech Pathology from the University of South Carolina. For the past 11 years, Tracy has worked at Prisma Health Roger C. Peace Outpatient Brain Injury & Young Stroke Program, a CARF-accredited community re-entry brain injury program, in Greenville, South Carolina. She currently assists with staff development and the integration of evidence-based practices across an interdisciplinary team.
