The Brain Injury Association of America's (BIAA) Preferred Attorneys Program connects individuals who have sustained brain injuries and their families to qualified attorneys experienced in personal injury, disability rights, and financial matters.
Payments are non-refundable.
BIAA’s Preferred Attorneys Program provides visibility to attorneys who have exhibited excellence representing brain injury victims. This select group of lawyers are vetted using a multiphase selection process. If you have demonstrated skill in representing brain injury victims, amassed the resources necessary to sustain a claim, and your reputation and standing in the legal, medical, and lay communities are stellar, you are eligible for inclusion.
